The following information is for the purpose of creating not only the Understanding of what the True Constitution and ‘I AM’ One World Nation is all about, but more so for the Members of the entire Elemental Grace Alliance as a Member.  More than this the following information is for the purpose of engaging in a one-off lifetime Opportunity to be the Signatories of a Constitution designated now to be executed on the New Moon or Full Moon Phases, or other High  Energy points. 

If you do not know the history of the U.S. Constitution, signed on the 17^th September 1787 at 16:00 in Philadelphia, then you may like to do some research.  Most Members herein the EGA are U.S. Citizens, so you Dear Hearts have an advantage having possibly been taught all about it in your school days.

The U.S. Constitution was designed for the United States of America, to Unite a divided country, this New True Constitution has been Divinely Designed and Orchestrated to supersede the U.S. Constitution, not for any single country but the whole of the world.  It will not happen overnight and as we are told, may take as long as 300 years or 15 generations of New Children before all present world nations and people will achieve this Goal.  In the Divine Will and Purpose of this Divine Plan, the Cosmic Alignments support and demonstrate that this coming Space and Time that is unfolding; this New Consciousness for humanity MUST begin now, so it may infiltrate, permeate and begin to merge with all present-day levels of awareness.

 A big ask one may say!  However, it must be understood that St. Germain has been working on this for hundreds of years and continues today with His Legions of Supporters to complete His Covenant and Pledges to Humanity and His God Within.  As part of His connection to the Elemental Grace Alliance, He Initiated this potential along with Master Djwhal Khul and many others and invited the Core Group, the Nucleus of the Elemental Grace Alliance as has been clearly defined and will be once again herein, to accept this Opportunity to not only Create the True Constitution, and the New ‘I AM’ One World Nation but to be the Signatories upon which the True Constitution will be Consecrated and Grounding these New Energies.

The True Constitution has now been drafted, reviewed, and studied on many levels so as to be True to Cosmic Law.  It has been Petitioned and taken to the Karmic Board of Directors to receive Their Permissions and Grants to go ahead.  Those Permissions were Granted on 6^th September 2020 at 15:55 Newark on Trent Nottinghamshire, UK.  That Discourse is Part 6 with Purple text!  To achieve the maximum Magnetization, the Whole of the Membership of the Elemental Grace Alliance Council, including the human contingent, each one reading this, prior to the Activation day, shall be a part of this Extraordinary and Auspicious Event if they so choose and completed the tasks herein set out in detail..

• Preparation Time. If a Group Exercise. Once the Group has read all the information it will be time to engage in a Group Exercise that you will be obligated to undertake if you are going to assign yourself to this True Constitution at this time.  There shall be no exception to this Condition.  Just like the 4 Series of St. Germain’s ‘I AM’ Alchemy Classes, only those who proved themselves were allowed to continue to the next stage. Please remember there is nothing personal in this condition, it is an Impersonal Condition under the Cosmic Law of Self Application to God Life.

As invited above:  The exercise will entail, 4 – 5 days of writing, roughly an hour a day, the True Constitution Indenture to transcribe by your own hand.  This handwriting condition shall be detailed in the True Constitution itself, but it is cited here to offer some solace as to the need for this effort.  It is based upon the DK Rules and the Study Classes of the Rules for Group Initiation.  For those who have yet to do that, I am sure your Heart will lead you, however, if you still have reservations, we can address that privately through contacting the EGA ADMIN at egaadministration@protonmail.com

Here is an explanation of why we are going to such lengths to do all in this way!

The Ratification for the Signing of This True Constitution herein contained, Is in Accordance with Cosmic Law and the Law of the Circle, where 3 Truths Shall be Declared and Made Manifest herein from within the ‘Great Silence’. 

1. The Human ‘I AM’ Presence – The Spirit of the Signatories.
2. The Human Akashic Scroll Records as presented in the form of a physical manifestation of the Signatories – as Their Fingerprint/s.
3. The physical manifestation as Their Written Signatures – the Human Individualized Expression of Their incarnational self/Selves through the Synergetic Energy of Their True Self through Their Soul Signatures /Handwriting.

“These Qualifications of Three Truths within the Human Body, which have not changed since time immemorial, or in other words, of the First Existence of the Individualized self, physically born upon a physical World (any World within the Cosmos), until today, but not limited to any future incarnation, are, Heart Felt Parts of This True Constitution Indenture. 

“To this extent, it has been Elected, that to Assign One’s Signature to This True Constitution to make it your own, that is to Assign your Energies to It, after the Day of this Execution, writing out This True Constitution Indenture in Full, in one’s own handwriting, before Signing it as part of your Soul Agreement with God, thus giving your Full and Undivided Commitment and Devotion to this True Constitution Indenture Cause, shall place your Divine Synergetic Energies to It in Accordance to Cosmic Law.

“The Rightful God Application and Implementation of this Transcription Effort, Completed within the True Essence of One’s Soul and ‘I AM’ Presence Intentions, shall be sufficient for the Establishment and Grounding of This True Constitution between All Other Peoples and Universal Beings of the Earth doing the same, hereafter called the ‘I AM’ One World Nation’ and All Member Worlds, Galaxies, Universes and Cosmoses and Beyond, Ratifying herein the Same. 

“Such a Hand-Written True Constitution shall be your own Record that shall be placed Automatically upon your Own Akashic Scroll Records for all to see beyond this time and space, in all Dimensional Realities past, present, and future.”

This clause or section is continued within the True Constitution.

• Authentication of Signatures to Last through the Centuries. In continuation of the next point, we now outline the following. Please pay VERY close attention to all of this as these will take some time to perfect before your Signatures and Fingerprints can be transcribed onto the Original Document for Authentication.  This True Constitution Indenture Document will ultimately be locked away for safekeeping throughout the forthcoming decades and centuries to come.

We have established, (hopefully) that:

1. The Human ‘I AM’ Presence – The Spirit of the Signatories that the physical manifestation of the Human Spirit will be made manifest through both personal handwriting and signing this True Constitution.
2. That The Human Akashic Scroll Records as presented in the form of a physical manifestation of the Signatories – as Their Fingerprint/s, shall manifest the physical representation of each person’s Akashic Record of not only this lifetime, but all past life and future lifetimes.
3. That The physical manifestation as Their Written Signatures – the Human Individualized Expression of Their incarnational self/Selves through the Synergetic Energy of Their True Self through Their Signatures/Handwriting, shall be the physical manifestation of the Human Spirit, The ‘I AM’ Presence through the pen or writing instrument, being held by the hand, thus the conscious connection of the Consciousness of the ‘I AM’ Presence through the Fingers (with the finger/thumb prints) being the points of contact on the pen and thus transferring into the Words of God the ‘I AM’ Presence! And the Handwriting being the Written Word of God, the envelopment of one’s Individualized Personal Expression of the Rightful Application of Spirit into All of God Life, through this Physical manifestation.

It could also be said that the tracing of these words through the Conscious and Focused Attention, as it was during the DK Rules Study Groups, will activate Dormant DNA Encodements.  These Trace Encodements can be explained in a Discourse received by P’taah in 2006.  He uses the Star Patterns as an explanation here, but Words are also Star Patterns if we had the eyes to see!  This is all about the Use of the Language of Light which comes in many forms, Light, Sound, Colour, Visuals, Words, Art, the Spoken Word and so much more.  God is all around Us and Any Part of God can potentially activate the next Levels of Consciousness within the DNA Encodements of the Human Biology!

“Dear Spirit, I would like to ask someone to explain to me why the term Trace Encodements have been used to identify these ‘Star Codes’.”

“It is with pleasure Dear One that we have been supporting you in these transmissions and continue to stand by on this day as New Portals open and further Codes are downloaded to you. The word Trace Encodements have been purposefully used to describe these Keys because they are associated with the neurological pathways within the human brain. Remember, as above so below, the pathways that lead and allow you to navigate through the Universes are all Star Patterned within your Higher Consciousness and held within the Electromagnetic Fields of the brain, the microcosm of the macrocosm. If one had the ability, or even the technology, you would also find these Star Codes within your DNA. However, it is the Energy of Consciousness that we are moving through and by tracing these patterns consciously your brain fires the neurological pathways so that the recall of the deeper references are brought to the front of your consciousness for activation and exposure within your life. For example, you have on your computer a searching modem, this modem runs through thousands of programs to find matches and then brings them to the collection point for your awareness and choices to use or not to use as the case may be. This metaphorically speaking is the same process you are undergoing. You programmed and entered the information to be triggered by Divine Will. Now the search has found what you need and how you use them will be according to your free will. When others see these Codes, they themselves will then trace them within their neurological pathways into conscious awareness and pull them out of their bio-computers through a similar ‘search modem’ and so it continues. It is not surprising that these Trace Star Patterns and Codes are in numerous in number for the vastness of the Universes and the Galaxies within Creation are unlimited in continuous expansion, just like Earth and this Solar System at this Moment. As part of the Creation of God you have all of these Star Highways and Inter Dimensional Starways already part of your Inner Reality.

“Earth is a physical domain and, in this Reality, as you allow this expansion to manifest, only those that are important to allow the human consciousness to remember are being activated and coming forward into your awareness. • Now to the Fingerprints. It will require the Right-hand thumb/fingerprint of everyone who is going to engage and complete the Written Exercise.  To do this you can go to a professional office such as maybe a post office??  What works really well is an arts and crafts ink stamp pad.  Black is best, but any dark colour will do.

• Fingerprint paper. This can also be a little tricky.  Look at the sample on the Sample True Constitution to see the placement as to where this placement goes.

When signing your name, a felt tip pen, (permanent ink is the best as it does not run).  A biro is not as good and will create a faint signature if the True Constitution is copied.   

• Where to handwrite the True Constitution? We highly recommend an A4 size or equivalent.  The reason for this is that You may as an individual want to place this handwritten True Constitution into an Original Folder; then as well as a Group collection of All those who Sign this Indenture upon this Activation day.  Whereas the handwritten Indenture can be placed conjoined for safekeeping and to pass onto Loved ones in the future!  Remember this will become your personal Individualized Expression of Your Self herein upon Earth as well as in the Halls of Amenti as part of your Akashic Scroll.  This will be your Vow and Pledge to your own ‘I AM’ Presence, so treat it with the Highest Respect.  Make it as elaborate or as simple as you wish, and of course you can buy a special book or Diary or just a simple notepad where no folder will be necessary!  This is your choice.  After the writing is completed, keep it safe until your Activation day!  When the time arrives, you will create a Ceremony for the Activation and the Sealing of your Pledges with your signature and thumb or fingerprint.  Say a Prayer, Give an Invocation of your Choice, and date it, then place there your signature and thumbprint.  This is your Record of your Life’s Work.  This Signature and Seal of the Thumbprint should be as close to the Time within your time zone based as to align with the special day selected.  Be clear.  The writing of the True Constitution should be completed days before the actual time of the Signing.  Make BOTH a real Ceremonial Event in whatever that means to you and know that every other True Constitution Signatory will have done this in the same process as you Now are doing.  
• Know that, Outside of Space and Time you will be joining all those who have gone before you. The Original True Constitution will have all Signatures and Fingerprints copied and pasted to it. Have your finished handwritten work ready to sign and fingerprint it on the day and time that you have set for this process of the True Constitution set time!  It is really important to make the time you spend reviewing, preparing your signatures and fingerprints, writing, and then signing your Work on the day a Precious time to spend with your I Am Presence and self!  How you do that shall be all down to you!  The Whole of the Elemental Grace Alliance Council on all levels will be with you!  So, make it a Special time.  What you do between now and then is going to change the History of Human Evolution, so Celebrate Dear Ones.

This concludes this Informational sheet, there will be questions, so if you do have any, please be brief and to the point.  No-one could comprehend or even visualize what all this means, it has NEVER been done before.  Is it all True, Can we believe it?  Perhaps, perhaps not, but if we do not do it, and it is Truth!  Then what an Opportunity missed.
